Time Clock

This standalone deployment boundary is now reserved for the future Time Clock app at time.hwlodge.app.

The final approved shell has not been applied yet. This bootstrap root exists so the canonical Time Clock repo can own its own Vercel project and URL now without waiting on UI approval.
